Ryanair? Never again...

If I had written it yesterday, it would have sound much much worse...
I have (had) a reservation for two weeks now to fly to Porto during Easter on the 5th, of April, exactly one week from now. Reservation code: B8H6AM
Everything went as expect, two weeks before I gave my bank card number, the website service accepted it, as usual, and I got my confirmation. Until.....
Yesterday I get an e-mail from Ryanair telling me that my reservation was CANCELLED because of bank problems: "ELV payment refused".
I went to my bank and ask what is going on, they say that nothing is wrong, everything is normal. There is no record of an attempt of transfer from Ryanair. If there was I would have gotten a letter.
So I try to contact their services: E-mail? Forget it... its just for them to cheaply send you a code, not to receive e-mail.
The only possibility is phone: a 900 number that here in Germany that cost 2€ per minute. Damn! It's cheaper to call Portugal! Cheap flights my ass!
Already with my blood boiling... I call from my cell phone.
The Asshole.... sorry, I can't find a smoother word, and believe me... harsher ones have taken over my lips along the day. Mr. Asshole tells me it's not Ryanair's responsibility, it is mine and I have to make a new reservation, 3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE! ....
Of course it is my fault, for beeing a Ryanair client. But let me tell you, never again free willingly.
I claim that i's not my responsibility or the bank, their system failed and did not withdraw the money... he doesn't budge, of course.... I complain both in english and german, no use... I'm just spending my 2€ per minute for nothing.
Finally I tell him that never again will I or may frequent flyer members of my family take a Ryanair flight, even though we travel regularly between Porto and Frankfurt. I told him in pretty words to fuck himself, because I will not pay for their mistake.
I estimate the cost of the call to be around 10€, ahhh and it went down once as I complained. Strange....
If I was at the airport, I would have call security. Not because of me, but because of him... I wouldn't guarantee his safety.
Next step? First a formal complain: the Ryanair website is produced in such a way you can't complain. There is no form, the so called "Client feedback" just shows you the positive (probably fake) feedback and the best you can find after half an hour is an address to Dublin, Ireland where they heat themselfs though winter with the complain letters.
I searched on google, and guess what? I'm not the first (or the last for that matter) to have this problem and there is no complain possible!
I go to the organization of low cost companies (ELFAA) where Ryanair suposibly is part of. And I complain there, not directly about my problem of course, but that they should remove Ryanair from their group, since it has no quality management, not complain feedback and so on...
After venting out some anger, I went to search for other flights.
And I got another one, a little more expensive, but I get to stay longer in Porto. Through HLX; Stuttgart-Porto.
My advice to you my friends: Forget Ryanair, if you want cheap flights, safe and with good service here is a list (between Germany-Portugal):
Lufthansa - 100€ both ways if you buy it in advance.
HLX - Low cost model from Hapag Lloyd.
Germanwings - Very frequent.
Air berlin - Nice charters to Madeira.
And if none of them work I sugest the following: Look into Opodo and Expedia, check which companies have the best flights around the date you are traveling and then go to their websites.
Have a nice flight.
